On-tap at the Bruery -bal tasting
Pours a light brown color with a small off-white head. Jesus does this smell awful. Acetone, nail polish remover, celery, and green apple peels. A light lactic note, maybe some wood. The flavor is almost painful. Intense acetone, celery, and green apple skin. Very...vegetal and harsh. Light bodied with intense carbonation (which does not help the abrasive flavors).

Appearance: Hazy brown, off white head, moderate lacing.
Smell: Malty, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, toffee, oak, spicy, a hint of squash/raw pumpkin sent.
Taste: Rum, malty, vanilla, oak, coconut, hint of red wine, hint of raw pumpkin.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, creamy.
Overall: A decent beer. Fairly complex. This beer is brought down by its raw pumpkin aroma/taste that is pretty off-putting.
