Blended from our finest barrels, this is Black Tuesday Blender's Choice (2025). We hand-selected Peerless Rye barrels, Four Gate Bourbon barrels, Ruby Port barrels, and Zinfandel barrels for an exquisite Imperial Stout. Revel in notes of rich vanilla, deep oak, dark fruit leather, and robust chocolate. Perfect with a Kansas City Strip Steak.

Black color with a medium‑sized beige head. The aroma layers dark chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruits, vanilla, and a smooth touch of bourbon. The flavor is rich, malty, and moderately sweet, leading into a long, warming aftertaste with the alcohol impressively well‑hidden. Absolutely delicious.

Intriguing. Big, boozy, bold, boozy burn. Mild mouth watering finish, sticky. Plenty of bourbon presence, probably the strongest characteristic. Sweet to the point of astringency, but I had a barrel aged stout last night that beat me to death with hazelnut, so I’ll take this. A good Rocky Patel helps cut the sweetness. I like it.
