On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a very hazy goldenrod with a medium white head, good retention and lace.
S: Cinnamon and lemons, nice.
T: Big taste of fermented lemons and citrus. The spice suits it well and goes great with the citrus and lactic acid flavour.
M: Light-bodied and refreshing. Crisp carbonation, moderate acidity.
O: A real tasty and different wild ale experience. Reminds me a lot of the lacto fermented lemonade I used to make back in the day. Three straight winners.
