12.7 ounce bottle, 2025 edition, bottled 10/31/25. Served in a chalice, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch or so frothy tan head that stuck around for a long time. There's a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like molasses, roasted malt, rye whiskey, vanilla, ginger and some oak. For the most part the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also the addition of some dark bready and brown sugar flavors. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's slick and smooth and easy enough to drink for being 14.1% ABV. Doesn't seem as boozy as I was expecting it to be. I thought this was pretty good, probably would be a great winter stout since it seemed kinda like a Christmas beer to me with the molasses and ginger and general spiciness. Hoping the Bruery brings this one back sometime!

Black pour with a smooth, beige head. The aroma blends dark chocolate, vanilla, and rye spice, lifted by a subtle touch of ginger. The flavor follows with a rich, moderately sweet malt profile with a gentle warmth from the alcohol. Balanced, flavorful, and genuinely satisfying
