12.7 ounce bottle, 2025 edition, bottled 12/17/25. Served in a chalice, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stayed around for a little bit. Small amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like Oreo cookies, dark chocolate, vanilla, marshmallows, whiskey and roasted malt. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some dark bread and burnt/charred malt flavors. Doesn't taste quite like an Oreo but close enough. Barrel character is a little lighter than I would have liked in both the taste and aroma, but it's still noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's coating and a bit rich with a moderate amount of carbonation. Doesn't seem like it's 18.3% ABV although I'm sure it will hit me later. Overall I did like this one a lot, but if the barrel was stronger it could have been great. Worth picking up for sure, especially if you like Oreo type sandwich cookies!

Black color with a one‑finger‑thick beige head. The aroma brings vanilla, chocolate, cookies, and a touch of bourbon. The flavor follows the same notes with a moderately sweet profile and a warming alcohol finish.
That said, the amount of artificial ingredients is a bit unsettling… and honestly, since when does a stout need artificial color? It’s still a good beer, but if the proper ingredients aren’t available, substituting them with artificial additions feels like the wrong direction.
