All the Creamy Cows is the latest indulgent entry in our Cows series, inspired by the rich, comforting flavors of tres leches cake. Bourbon barrel aging lays a deep, oaky foundation before layers of milk sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and natural heavy cream flavor transform the stout into a luxuriously smooth dessert pour. Rich, creamy, and unapologetically decadent, this beer is built for slow sipping and maximum indulgence.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a super thick black with a half inch of brown head. The nose is very sweet - vanilla, cream, marshmallow, milk chocolate.
The taste is really smooth. Some roasted malts, bourbon, vanilla, sugar, milk chocolate, molasses, and some maple.
The mouthfeel is thick with an aftertaste of condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla. Overall, this is a bit too sweet for me but definitely as advertised.

12.7 ounce bottle, 2026 edition, bottled 01/29/26. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like cream, vanilla, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and some bourbon. I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's the addition of some dark bread flavor, and also I think the bourbon has a little more of a kick compared to the aroma. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's syrupy and a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one overall, definitely worth a try if you get the chance!
