Your grandma's coffee cake just got a glow-up. This bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout is living its best life with roasted pecans, cinnamon, and creamy vanilla. At 15.1% ABV, it's definitely not your morning coffee companion – but we won't judge. Pair with candied bacon for the ultimate "breakfast" of champions.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a murky dark brown with minimal head. The nose is milk chocolate, vanilla, light cinnamon, pecan pie, graham crackers, light bourbon.
The taste is really nice. Vanilla cream, pecans, cinnamon, rich creamy chocolate, maple candy, a bit of caramel sauce, and a hint of marshmallow.
The mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Overall, this is a really nicely done pastry stout.
