1176th Review on BA
Draft to Bruery Tulip
@The Bruery
This version was ran through a randall per Joe at the Bruery.
App- Same color as the base version. Small golden with some yellows mixed in. More white head than the base version but less than 0%. Fell to a nice ring of bubbles.
Smell- Same as the base version with some soft lemon and brett notes. Earthy just a touch from the spice and tea mixed.
Taste- This really had a nice flavor. It was a good saison but then mixed in with a gingerbread cookie. Some small spice from the additional flavors and a little nutmeg and herbal.
Mouth- A nice medium body with a medium carbonation. A little bit of tea and lemony spicy residual flavors.
Drink- This was a very tasty beer. The herbal elements added a new level of flavor and then just added to it without taking it away.
