Pulled from a firkin for the 4th anniversary @ the Tasting Room yesterday.
A: One pump 6 oz pour of dark burgundy with reddish brown initial head which fizzles quickly to the rim leaving no lace.
N: Cherries with some sour wood-soaked funk.
T: Loads of tart cherries, dark fruit pits and skin. Mild, semi-sweet balanced with funky oak.
M: Medium body and carbonation. Tart and sour finish.
O: Imagine a slightly puckering Cherry Jolly Rancher. Wow, had 2 of these it was so good.
