On-tap at the Bruery
A dark amber, bordering on brown, color with a soapy head. Starts with a bready aroma and a fair amount of toast. The lime stands out fairly well, but I don’t get a ton of the cilantro. The flavor is nicely sweet with plenty of malt flavor and a moderate line note. There is a very subtle herbal flavor from the cilantro. Really quite nice.
