Cask at the Bruery
Pours a cloudy golden orange with no head. Moderate tartness on the nose with a nice lactic note. A light sweetness and perhaps it’s just the power of suggestion, but I do get some herbal aromas. A bit of oak in there, too. Flavor is nicely tart with moderate sweetness, a bit of sage, oak, and grass. Could use more assertive tartness, but it’s still good. Just a hint of white grape.
