Thanks for the taste, Matt. The beer is a hazy reddish-brown color with minimal off-white head. Nose is intensely fruity, even moreso than regular Marrón Acidifié. Lots of red wine, cherry, lemon, red grapes, and currants. A nice complexity of balsamic and red wine vinegars along with some leather and oak. The flavor is quite tart with lots of lemon, red wine vinegar, and balsamic vinegar. Plenty of fruit, as with the aroma, and a slight creaminess and richness to it. Oak, leather, a touch of red wine, and a nice dry, sour finish.
