This pours a straw yellow with a 1" and shrinking head of foam. A little bit of lacing sticking to the glass.

There's a lot of green apples in the smell with a light note of wheat. Green apple, my fav jolly rancher flavour. ;^)

Green apple tartness up front, in the middle, and through the finish. "Interrupted" occasionally by some notes of wheat. This IS very cider like as far as how the tartness plays out and that's fine by me.

Light body and carbonation.

Per the label, Granny Smith Apples with their German Berliner Weiss. I quite like this. Btw, I got this bottle..Karmalized, I was, by Toby. Thanks a bunch, bro!

Had a couple big goblets of this tonight at 10 Barrel Boise.... Surprised I am the first review.

Pours a slightly hazed light golden... short live white head... splotchy lacing.

Nose shows more Berliner qualities IMO.... still an nice tart green apple essence works beautifully with the base beer.

Flavor has all the dry puckery sparkling cider notes with the Berliner lactic/lemon playing a slight second fiddle... a bit of a wheaty note if I concentrate. Bright, tart, very drinkable...

I am really hoping to score a couple of bottles of this... Maybe Boise could get a couple of cases?? ;-)
