A bit hazy with plenty of foam in the Belle Gueule tulip. Light fruity aroma. Sudsy mouthfeel with a malty body. Taste is very appley, with a bit of acidity like cider apples. A lot of malt flavor with a touch of honey. Pleasant light-flavored fruity beer that is all the better for not having just the right touch of sweetness.Quite tangy finish. Not really any bitterness. From the 473 ml can purchased at Expérience Bière in the Gay Village.
