Poured a hazy dark copper hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was little retention and lacing.
The smell featured brett, lemon and spice.
The flavor was likewise dominated by the brett, with side notes of lemon, honey and pepper.
The mouthfeel was toward the thinner side of the style with a very dry finish.
Overall a unique and complex wit.

Purchased a 32oz Growler from the blind bat booth at the Northport Farmers Market.
First things first...
This is a Belgian Style blonde ale.
Poured into a Snifter.
Pours cloudy as hell, golden color... 1/4 inch of clear head that fell apart immediately. No lacing above head but bubbles galore all over the inside of the glass.
Smell was nothing overpowering... wheat, spice, lemon... clean smelling
Tasted like an authentic Belgian style beer. Hit the nail on the head. Lemon and spice in the taste... rediculasly drinkable....
Nice medium light feel with a nice finish... not dry... lemon citrus finishes in the aftertaste. Nicely carbonated (perfect for the style)
overall this is a perfect beer for a hot day and if you love Belgian style beers. To me it's a cross between a summer ale and a Belgian ale but they did an excellent job at it and it easily rivals the taste of Belgian brewers. There hard to find because there a nano brewery and usually brew to styles of the season then your out of luck till the next year. But if you come across it I would say pick it up. 4% ABV means you can enjoy it outdoors and drink alot of em...

Pours a very pale, cloudy and hazy yellow with some white head, still carbonation.
Smell is spicy right away, the coriander comes through immediately. Wheat, malt, lemon.
Taste is wheat, still spicey, honey, green tea, cardamom, yeast, citrus notes. Finish is thin, a bit spiced.
