Hazy dark orange color with off-white head. Aroma has some old hops, stale tea, grains, a bit of cardboard and a light white grape note. Taste is grainy, some grape like hop flavors, medium bitterness on the finish. Overall it's a decent IPA but it seems a bit old.

Cloudy amber pour with half inch head and clingy lacing.
Floral, hoppy and a hint of citrus nose.
Pine and hop, deep bitterness, crispy carbonation.
Overall, a great full bodied APA great for pairing with rich tasting food.

Appearance: Poured in to a Spiegelau IPA Glass. Clear medium orange-ish-amber, white and fluffy head with good retention and nice clingy lacing.
Aromatics: First scents are full of bright pine, sour citrus, and floral hops, there is nice and subtle transition to more tropical scents that sweeten after the initial breath of earthiness.
Taste: The aromas actually don’t allude much to the strength of the first hops bitters that hit the palate, which is a moderate to strong earthy flavour with a flick of spice in there to cap it off.
Feel: Light, crisp and tangy with ample carbonation, there is the bonus of the head that adds a great creaminess and smooths out the mouth. There is a pronounced bitter ending that although is fairly clean does tend to sit for a bit.
Overall: A really nice APA. Great scent and feel, I think all-in-all a good representation of the style. Not much in way of “specialness” to make it stand out from outhers in this style, but a good drink none-the-less.
Pairing: My pairing for this would probably be hearty bowl-oriented pub-fare: Chili, Shepherds Pie, or Jambalaya. Definitely needs a bold savoury dish to balance out the light crispiness; I may even consider a poutine loaded with spiced beef strips.

This is a really solid APA. It pours a copper/orange with a nice pillowy white head. The overall presentation is evergreen and citrus. The crackery malt base makes me think of stoned wheat thins - in the best way possible. The bright hop finish makes sure that the Aftermath is truly enjoyable.

Pours two fingers of head on a hazy straw body.
The aroma is a rich and danky grapefruit and pine smell.
The taste threatens big bitterness, pulls up short with a nice touch of pine bitterness, then malty sweet middle to finish.
The texture is crisp.
Great aroma and nice flavor.
