I'm trying this at the brewery near the ballpark. It poured a clear golden with white head that is not leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of floral and clove. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with clove presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an ok beer.

Not overly carbonated. Has a sweet, fruity hint to it. Probably not a typical saison, but a great summer beer nonetheless.

L-Pours basically no head that dissipates very quickly into the beer. Clear golden copper appearance.
S-Clove, pepper, sour/tart fruity aroma as well.
T-Immidiate sour and bread. Slight fruity flavors. That's pretty much all there is though.
F-Thick.
O-Okay saison. Nothing special and honestly underwhelming in a bad way. Okay.

Not your traditional saison, but a great drinking beer, minor Belgian esters, but good dry crisp finish. Great mouthfeel.

On draught and GPBC
A: pours a slightly hazy, straw gold with a quarter finger of head
S: immediate pepper, and an estery quality, some clove
T: slightly spicy, biscuity malt, subtle tartness
M: milky feel, very off putting
O: it gets kinda close in some areas but, NOT A SAISON, PERIOD. not awful to drink, but a sorry excuse for a farmhouse ale.

Not quite as intense or funky as I like my saisons... Slightly sour in places as the yeast elements definitely dominate the flavors... Absolutely nothing "wrong" with the beer... It's just not funky enough for me... Easy drinking but just not up to par with the big boys...

Bright, transparent gold from the can with a thin white head that quickly collapses into the liquid beneath. At a glance, Urban Farmer looks more like an American Blonde Ale than a Belgian-style Saison. Soft graininess, honey, corn flakes, and a wisp of white pepper and faint thyme appear in the aroma. It's a medium-bodied beer with a touch of prickly carbonation, some pale malt sweetness up front, a rustic breadiness mid-sip, and a gentle level of herbal bitterness that carries over into the finish. Good People has brewed a easy sipper here, but its missing some of the dryness and depth of character expected from a farmhouse ale.

Starts off a decent saison; imperfections revealed as the beer warms.
