The nose does show some Saaz hop character, as well as a light doughy malt backdrop. It's all so slight, though, and could stand to be a little stronger. It falters even more on the palate, where the hops mostly show up as a clean bitterness. The malt becomes more toasty than it promised at first. They do get some things right, it's definitely a clean beer and nothing becomes annoying or cloying, but there is just a lack of complexity that ultimately dooms it to also-ran status. It's really only about toasty malt and lingering bitterness in the finish, and that gets too monotonous by the end of the bottle.

Unexciting Euro Pale Lager that balances a bit to the hops side without being overly hoppy.

Poured a 500ml can into a shaker glass. A vigorous pour produced a two finger fine white head on a clear gold. The head diminished to a layer. Minimal lacing.
Sweet, spicy malts in the nose. The taste follows the nose. Grassy. Some herbal spice. A bit thin in the flavour department. A faint metallic note. A mild, lingering semi-dry hop finish.
Medium body and carbonation. Overall and easy drinking European Pale Lager. Solid but unspectacular.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 500mL in a pint glass. From my favourite LCBO at Tecumseh Mall in nearby Windsor. My first beer from the Karlovac, Croatia brewery...

It's a drinkable pale lager. It has a golden color and a nice, white head. Malty aroma with weak, grainy, grassy notes. Same in taste. Moderate bitterness.

Reviewing again as I was drunk last time. From Croatia.
Strong complex musky hoppy aromas. Pale, golden and fairly watery appearance, average head level and stays in the glass for a few minutes.
Unique taste. Lots more punch than the standard pilsner. A full mouth feel with a noticable aftertaste.. The hops give it some hemp/cannabis elements that are a little similar to a few cannabis infused beers I have had. Dominant flavours aside from hemp include honey and dates and a little lemon peel, yet because of the hempy hops it doesn't taste at all sweet. From living in Croatia for 6 months and mostly drinking Ozujsko and Pan, this is probably the best.

Pours golden clear with white foamy cap on draught in Dubrovnik trip in Croatia. Clean, crisp, malty, slightly sweet with notes of beet - refreshing Pilsner. A bit more dank as it warms. Hit the spot with oysters at a sidewalk cafe table in the old square near the bottom of “walk of shame” from Game of Thrones and 12pm pigeon feeding frenzy.

Drunk on my trip to Croatia.
Look: Golden, clear, small head which disappeared fairly quickly, didn't leave any lacing.
Smell: Malty, sugar beet.
Taste: Malt forward, quite sweet.
Mouthfeel: Low carbonation, medium body.
Overall: An average Euro lager, not the worst but not spectacular either.

Pale gold body, quick white cap with ok retention; excellent clarity; thin ring with some spotty lace. Corny vegetable soup nose. Bready, light DMS, floral hops. Light watery feel; moderate carbonation. Tastes better than it smells.
