This is a farmhouse saison brewed with blueberries and aged in a pinot noir barrel. The color is a kind of red/deep orange with a good foam and good retention. The smell is of blueberry pie, some subtle bretts with a distinct woody character. Taste is of mild bretts, nothing too overpowering, with hints of blueberries and a winey character at the end of the sip. However, it is a tad watery. I would have loved the brettanomyces to be more present along with the wood. A little bit dissapointing.
