Festival Bière et Saveur 08. This new emerging brewpub was there, open less than nine months. His saison was very drinkable and fresh. The aroma was refreshing spice, corriander. Active carbonation did not detract from the enjoyment of the spice, wheat there and sourish finish. Lots of lace on cloudy yellow. White head.
