This single malt single hop strong ale is gin barrel aged and rested on mangos and papayas. Brewed in collaboration with Gravity Brew Lab in So Fla.

500 mL growler poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Deep brown with a small khaki head. Just a few surface wisps and a thin collar.
Smell - Very oaky. Caramel malt. I guess that's gin, but I'm not sure.
Taste - Lots of caramel. Oaky and a little tangy. Might be the gin flavor, but seems to build up a lot into the finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium low carbonation. Kinda harsh.
Overall - Not really impressed by this.
