A high alcohol version of Guava Grove. This high gravity farmhouse ale is brewed with Fench Saison yeast and sees a secondary fermentation on pink guava and then was aged in Chardonnay barrels. Bière De Chard is one half of the final blend that made Don Gavino's Big Guava.

If someone told me this was 5% abv I wouldn't second guess them. It tasted like a guava, and oaky Chardonnay spritzer.
