Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Poured from 32 oz. crowler into an Upland pint glass.
A: Very hazy light gold, with fairly low visible carbonation and a finger's worth of white head that fades quickly.
S: Musty, saison-yeasty, light cracker malts, with citrus and tropical fruit hops over dank and grassy notes. A touch lemony with hints of black pepper.
T: Biscuit malts, lemony citric tang, farmhouse yeast and musty barnyard. Light black pepper again. Then comes the fruity hops (citrus, lemon and a bit tropical) and grassy herbaceous hops with a bit of dankness. Finishes with a lingering mild black pepper kick and hop bitterness.
M: Light body, carbonation a bit on the low side, and the alcohol is very well-hidden.
O: Different, and fairly enjoyable. Nothing over the top. I'd have a glass again if I came across it, but wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Pours a cloudy bright yellow with white fizzy head. Citrus, pepper, light spice, and some cedar - like notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with citrus and some pine. Nicely done.

Bright, floral, super crushable hoppy saison that must have committed a heinous crime in Hoptown, the punishment for which was receiving relentless lashings of dry hops.

Straw yellow, white head. Slightly lacto smell. Lots of hops. Taste is mildly sour, great hoppy flavor. Light funk and horse blanket. Slightly thick mouthfeel.
