Last of the three Cigar City beers that tpd975 sent, I can't thank you enough Greg!

12 oz. hand bottle poured into a tulip.

Pours a foggy golden bronze hue with a pillowy one finger bright white head. Bits of sticky lacing remain here and there on the sides of the glass. Smell consists of banana, clove, and white grapes. Some bread, pears, and apple in the nose as well. A nice blend of saison-esque aromas. Taste begins with spice and clove followed by a dash of pepper. Midway sweet bright fruits emerge; apricots, grapes, crisp apples. Aftertaste is pretty floral with a touch of honey as well. More full than most saisons, but I like it. The strong, prickly carbonation compliments the body quite well. One of the sweeter saisons I've had, good stuff for sure. Thanks once again Greg for these special treats, definitely looking forward to more offerings from Cigar City!

Bottle courtesy of JRedner. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is oily, spicy, musty, some veinous qualities, yeast, bread. Flavor is sweet apple, spice, flowers, some hint of barnyard, grapes. Generally medium body with a sweet and slightly spicy finish. Nice saison style ale.

Thanks to Joey and Wayne for making and sharing this one.

A: Pours a nice light golden hue with a nice tall foamy head. The retention is wonderful with nice chunky lace left all the way down the glass.

S: The aroma is somewhat grassy with hints of wet hay. Grapes and apples come next with hints of spice and yeast.

T: Nice sweet fruit up front with notes of grapes, apples, and pears. A bit of tannis shows up from the grape skins as well. Spice and yeast play nicely together in the middle. The finish has a bit of tart and sourness.

M: Very light with great carbonation. Bubbly goodness that finishes with a touch of dryness.

D: Very good, I would love to sip this one on a hot Florida summer afternoon.
