from notes

A nice sized head of maybe an inch and a half came up over the top and settled down gradually, eventually leaving behind nothing in its wake. Loads of carbonation though could be seen streaming up from the bottom of the glass throughout the session.

The aroma was light and very fruity. Much more then I thought it would be to be honest. Lots of light grain, peach, apricot and various other notes along the lines. Not really picking up many hops in here, neither in the flavor. Took a sip and could have sworn this was like a lindemans or something. Lots of light sweet peach and apricot notes. Some light grains and a touch of yeast

Picked up a growler of this recently at the CCB Tasting Room.

A - Pours a deep golden orange with a very minimal head and no lacing to speak of.

S - The aroma offers up sweet honey notes, apricot fruitiness and floral hops.

T - Much like the aroma profile, notes of sweet malt, tart apricots and honey with a floral hop finish.

M - Medium bodied with a dry finish from the honey. Medium carbonation.

O - A highly drinkable beer that is refreshing, crisp and light. A nice summer offering from the folks at CCB.

Pours a clear, medium amber color, bright and shiny. Looks like a filtered wheat, even the white head. Head drops noisily, like soda, and quickly to a thin film. No lace.
Smell is well balanced with malt, honey and apricot notes and a hint of vanilla.
Taste is great with honey and apricot sweetness balanced with hops bitterness. Malt hides somewhat with the honey but reasserts itself to a degree as the hops fades. Nice. Reminds me of a cup of tea at grandma's.
Medium bodied, good effervescence, slightly dry finish with a fading honey/hop/malt aftertaste. A very drinkable brew. Warming in the throat after the second swallow. What's the ABV again? I'll definitely have this again.

On-tap at CCB. It pours a hazy golden-apricot hue, and is capped with a filmy white head; lacing ensues. The brew offers a big dose of fruit; apricot is obviously a major part of it, but it is joined by nuances of peach, strawberry, and tangerine. There is also pale grain and wheat noted, especially in the taste. Herbal bitterness creeps up on the finish. The brew has a crisp and refreshingly lighter body. Overall, this is a nice summer-y fruit beer with a little more character than the average.
