From the bottle, it pours a honey color with a moderate head, quickly dissipating. Passion fruit scents caress the nose. A little tart, like passion fruit, and thoroughly enjoyable (to my wife). Fruit forward. Do not buy unless you like passion fruit!

Format: a light brown 330mL bottle with a pretty tacky label.
Appearance: pours out a light golden colour with fine carbonation. A very slight white head hangs about for a bit before breaking up to a thin cap.
Aroma: the predominant aroma is of a fresh and pleasant passionfruit. Quite strong.
Taste: again very tasty passionfruit, almost a bit saccharin - and that's coming from someone that loves passionfruit.
Aftertaste: more passionfruit lingering for a time but without being too sweet. A touch of biscuit malts behind.
Mouth feel: medium in body with a moderate amount of those fine bubbles in the carbonation. Pretty good.
Overall: quite a sweet beer tasting like drinking a lovely passionfruit-heavy juice or cider. At around AU$7 or $8 per bottle, I'll have one every now and then.

A: Champagne, slight shiny gold tinge, lots of fine bubble carbonation, fraction of a finger of white foam, clear filtered.
S: Fresh passionfruit all the way. Very fruity, very evident, very floral. Reminds me of some double ipa’s like firestone double jack, due to the hops in such beers resembling passionfruit. Somewhat of a lager like maltiness as well in the background.
T: Sweet, sour, watery lager beer with bubbles, then an aftertaste of great sourness that is totally ripe passionfruit to the core, coating the tongue with its sour coating. Am I in Hawaii?
M: Medium, sour clingy body, moderate fine bubbled carbonation.
O: Love this beer. So sour and refreshing on a hot day. Loaded with flavour. Should win an academy award for its performance. Great by itself, it would cut cheescake off the tongue.

Amber golden color with lots of thick head with good retention and leaving laces.
Just releasing the cap you can feel the predominant passion fruit smell in the air.
Very sweet flavor also predominating passion fruit with hints of wheat, light condiments and Belgian yeast. Dry aftertaste.
Medium body with medium carbonation and tiny bubbles.
I would have preferred it less sweet, with a lower than the 30% passion fruit juice used. Interesting that for some reason you can tell it is a Huyghe brew, probably the same yeast.
