Not too sickly sweet (but it is sweet cause you're in this area in the first place so get used to it.
Lovely texture and mouthfeel: creamy with a bit of zing to it.
Pleasant sunny afternoon drink. Goddam better than a kopenberg glass of sugar

A: Pinkish brown, carbonated, slightly brownish white finger high head dissipates to a foam.
S: Strawberries, strawberry jam, a little bit of dark malt but extremely back stage to the strawberry. Smells really sweet.
T: Not as sweet as nose, strawberry comes first, then a dry slightly sour watery flavour, a little bite of alcohol. Slight bitter and malt on the end.
M: Medium body, well (highly) carbonated.
O: Great as an apertif, dessert beer, with fruity or creamy desserts, or by itself. Like it more than many fruit beers I’ve had.

The brew is hazy red with glimmers of orange, a light small pink head. No lacing, nor curtains to mention.
The smell is strawberries, strawberry plants and some green apples.
A sweet one, much strawberries, some grapes and rhubarbs. Acidity enough to balance the sweetness somewhat.
Medium carbonation, soft and actually some body, very easy to drink.
To review a beverage like this you need to adjust your brain a bit, think aperitif on a sunny summer evening. It's not "I'm thirsty, gimme a beer!". For the right occasion it could be worse, it had some balance. Sampled at a beer tasting at De Klomp, Linköping, Sweden.

The product is again a concentrated fruit syrup very sweet and highly indigestible. Forget the taste of hops, malt or yeast, here, Floris Fraise offers us a taste similar to sugar cubes soaked in crushed strawberries. Needless to say that drinking more than two is an achievement as this beer is a diabetic nightmare. Some here seem to hold the product in high esteem, I always wonder why.

Pours a redish-pinkish-orangish, good head, nice lacing. Huge aroma of strawberries, nothing overly synthetic smelling, a little "strawberry gummy candy"-like, quite pleasant. Flavor, again a lot of strawberries, some wheat, no spice, little hop bitterness. Finishes quite dry and leaves you with a nice strawberry semi-sweet pucker taste that makes you reach for that glass again.
Very nice! These "Floris" fruit beers are well crafted.
