Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a muddled amber-brown coloring, with a fluffy, clingy, white head. Nose of caramel and toffee, with a subtle bitter hops characteristic. Flavors are nutty and toffee sweet forward, with a roasted backbone. Smooth in mouth, and perfectly balanced. Tangy sweet aftertaste, with a smooth finish. Great representation of the style.
