The spirit of our Midnight Raspberry relies on its sensory deception. Using dark roasted wheat and pounds of fresh red raspberries, we create a light flavor with a dark hue. With a tarte, crisp finish, this brew is a perfect transition from long summer nights to brisk fall evenings.

So far it's my favorite Western NC wheat beer. So smooth and it is an absolutely perfect fruity wheat beer for a warm summer day if you're into that sort of thing. The raspberry flavor is very pronounced with this beer. Smooth pour out of a 12 ounce can.
