i don't think there is any way this thing is 6% alcohol, it drinks more easily than water. a very clear light golden saison, with a white head of big bubbles and a fizzy mouthfeel. minimal fun stuff in this one for trinity, who usually loads these up with unconventional brewing grains and wild yeasts, this one is right straight forward, with none of that weirdness apparent. clear golden and really light, feels closer to 4% abv honestly, and finishes super clean. not much real yeast character to this at all, some high tone wine grapey flavors, but none of the farmy oddness i am used to in trinity beers. really light body and well carbonated, its a nice session saison, a beer i don't need to laboriously consider while drinking several of. maybe a little too light for the chicken wings i had with it, it got lost just a bit, but i can see it with more mild spicy food and funky cheese as a really nice food beer. more approachable for trinity too, so maybe that was the point with this one.

A very crisp a refreshing ale. Nice golden color with right amount of cloudiness. Perfectly carbonated. Found the taste to be very balanced between bitter and malty. The smell is a lot like the taste muted but refreshing. Not heavy like a lot of a farmhouses in taste or alcohol. A great after dinner summer palate cleanser.
