Look: Medium brown color - very opaque. 1 finger head that quickly recedes and leaves a ring of foam with only a hint of loving.
Smell: Earthy, sweet, and Belgian - like flavors (Saison yeast rally comes through). Pumpkin Pie along with spices make themselves known.
Taste: Belgian tang right up front. It comes in a bit sweet as the Pumpkin, crust, and pumpkin pie spices race in. These mellow out as soon as the beer dries out. There are other veggie notes along with some great Belgian yeast flavors (llike a Tripel mixed with a Dubbel).
Feel: Medium - Pretty flat, but decent feel still.
Overall: Really liked the flavor on this one. Lacking in carbonation and a bit on mouthfeel, but giving higher overall because I think the flavor it great here.

Poured into a chalice a very nice slightly cloudy, pinkish/orangy color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/foamy/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some thick sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, very nice spice note, coriander, peppery, with some nice citrus. The taste is very nice, malty, yeasty, spicy, coriander, citrusy, tart. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, really a pretty complex brew, very nice bitter/dryish finish. Overall, this is a very nice brew, surprised me.
