Picked this out as a curiosity single bottle off the shelf & it rang up @ $7.99 per, taste is sour as hell, maybe some beer connoisseur might pretend to like this, but whatever Trinity was trying out here didn't work as expected,a failed experiment, horrendous.

375ml Bottle

Poured into a chalice a very nice slightly cloudy, pinkish/orangy color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/foamy/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some thick sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, very nice spice note, vanilla, pumpkin, coriander. The taste is very nice, malty, yeasty, spicy, coriander, some vanilla, pumpkin, tart. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, really a pretty complex brew, very nice bitter/dryish finish. Overall, this is a very nice brew, surprised me.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of vanilla and caco nibs are present in the nose. As the beer warms up, some pumpkins become noticeable.
T: The taste is rather complex and has flavors of white chocolate (which seem to be a resulting combination of the cacao nibs, milk sugar, and vanilla beans) with notes of pumpkin and cinnamon in the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Despite its blonde appearance, this beer definitely tastes like a stout. I really liked the complexity of the flavors in the taste.

Poured into a Fremont small snifter. Pours a medium golden amber with a half finger light ivory head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of pale and mild dark malt, vanilla, white chocolate, lactose, slighlty vegetal. Flavor is neutral malt with faint oats, coffee, vanilla, lactose, hints of generic vegetable, which must be the pumpkin. Finishes with cold coffee and cream. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A very odd and almost indescribable ale. The malt feels robust, but has little flavor character. Coffee, vanilla and lactose are the dominant flavors. The pumpkin adds a steamed vegetable flavor that is a bit squash-like, but not distinct under the other flavors. Strangely, everything does come together, although its relationship, even anti, to stout is not obvious. The closest flavor analogy I can come up with is a coffee infused white chocolate ale. It is closest in style to a light malt coffee ale. Interesting and worth a try.
