Also known as the Root and Seed Saison. Pours a light yellow with a thin beige head. Nose has fruity malts, beets, spices and peppery yeast. Taste also has a big beet presence that goes well with the bready malts, citrus and herbs. Body is a bit thin. Another good session ale from Trinity.

A- Small white head that dissipates quickly and leaves almost no lacing. The beer is a lightly hazed golden color.
S- Large beet aroma some honey light grains and some nice spice.
T- Nice light sweet flavors with a huge beet flavor along with some grassy/hay like flavors. Very light hop flavor but just enough to balance things out.
M- Nice light silky mouth feel.
This is an interesting approach to a saision, I personally would like a little more spice to it. Overall this is a pretty good saison. I am excited for Trinities next saison!

Appearance: Poured out of a growler with some off white foamy head that dissipated pretty quickly leaving no lacing. The beer is slightly cloudy with an orange golden color.
Smell: Very strong beet smell, fresh and earthy, sweet grass and flowers.
Taste: Strong beets, fresh grassy and plant taste, strong earthy notes, and sweet honey.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, low carbonation, sweet, sticky, and leaves mouth a bit dry and mostly very refreshing.
Overall: Great drinkability, a bit sweet but very fresh. The beet presence is interesting but very refreshing and give a great summer feel to this saison.
