On draft at the brewpub. Summer saison brewed with hemp seed.
Pours a dark golden apricot color that's clear with a thin white head that quickly disappears. No lace left behind.
Slightly funky, spicy aroma with hints of sweet light fruit, estery alcohol, earthy bready, yeast, apricot, orange peel and pepper.
Medium bodied similar to aroma with a balance of spice, fruit and a very odd earthy, vegtal presence. Funky(as in odd) with an earthy, soily character along with hints of light fruit, namely apricot, tangerine and orange. Lingering dry, earthy finish.
