I had this poured from a growler into a goblet.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden amber color with just a small layer of off white head. The head goes away completely.
Smell: Fruity and a bit herbal with a strong banana note, but not too sweet at all. There is a mildly tart smell as well.
Taste: This beer is really light and crisp, super refreshing. Herbal/Belgian yeast notes along with some banana and perhaps some bubble gum. Mild tart citrus notes along with a slight fruity bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with mild carbonation and a very dry finish.
Overall: I really enjoyed this one. It was very crisp, which helped cut the fruity notes and keep them light enough. I would definitely have another.
