Cloud 9 looks pretty good, golden yellow with a nice "cloud" of a white head. The smell is Belgian yeast. The taste is yeasty, with a bit of cloves and bananas, pretty typical for a saison.
I was happy to run across this beer on my visit to Colorado. I like saisons quite a bit, but they are not common among Seattle area brewers. I used to buy Tank 7 regularly, but even that has become hard to find. If Aspen's Cloud 9 showed up in my neighborhood, I'd get it every now and then. Is it in the same league as the top Belgians? No. But it's a decent beer, and a good beer with dinner.

A clear gold color with a medium-size white head. A small amount of lace.
Not much aroma. Grassy, a hint of spice.
Taste of clove, a little pepper.
Medium mouthfeel.
An OK beer, wouldn't want to drink a lot of it.

A decent table ale.
This is my third Belgian from Beer Drop. I'm starting to see a pattern from Colorado brewers who have a diverse portfolio and want to improve the gastronomic experience of their customers (many of who are on vacation, or act like they are.) Anyhow, Colorado brewers' Belgian yeast tends to be tired. I see and smell the yeast, but its result is not lively.
Such is the report here. Cloud 9 has all the ingredients of a pretty good saison; but it falls short because of the yeast. Looks are subpar, really needs more swirling protein. Smells of malt becoming fruit, but not much clarity on what fruit it is. Tastes are decent and full mixed malt with just enough hops to create balance and interest. Makes a medium sit in my mouth.
For my quickie brewer review of Aspen... They are good guys. Been around 12 years in a little pretty picture, elite town. Good environmental practice and give back to the community. They have an interesting menu in the gastropub. But that can be said of many micros in Colorado. But at 12 years old, they are figuring out the kitchen synergy... so some pretty good OA Hugs. But from my, don't expect lots of sympathy for Aspen brewers making money in Paradise.
11/14/20 Had the second can from Tavour. Edited my review a bit. I could have Cloud 9 again as a table saison... but others to try first. Keeping Cloud 9 count on UnTappd.

L:. Pours a clear yellow color with a small fizzy white head that dissipates really quickly and leaves no lacing.
S:. Light aroma, note sof Belgian yeast clove and spice, a slightly odd oniony spice aroma after the Belgian yeast.
T:. Sweet malt and Belgian yeast, with a clove and some pepper, has a weird spicy after taste.
F:. Smooth carbonation, feels a bit watery.
O:. This saison just didn't do it for me, it just doesn't seem to come together.
