Deep golden in color this rye lager balances German pilsner and rye malts with our favorite Segal ranch hops for a delicious crisp, drinkable lager.

On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a light orange-ish amber, with a small head, and a small amount of lacing.
Smells like stone fruit, pine, rye spice, and grapefruit.
This is hoppier than I expected- it appears a lot of Segal Ranch hops went into this one- Cascade? It's got a nice peach and grapefruit flavor, some pine and clean grassiness, and a slightly bready malt backbone. It's simple, but clean and very drinkable.
This is lighter bodied, very crisp, with a good level of carbonation.
This is the first Peekskill beer I've had in a while. It seems like they're not quite as good as when Chief was at the helm, but it's nice to see they're still making good beer anyway.

Pours a clear golden amber with little head, lace, or carbonation. Scent of an undetermined fruit... taste like a lager...with a bit of an also undetermine aftertaste ( a failing of my palate more than anything else.
