(on engine 10 Dec 2014 - served in a 20oz proper pint)
L: slightly hazy amber... foam holds like a champ till the last drop, but doesn't stick much to the glass
S: faint dried citrus peel, bit of grass and earth
T: you can taste a good bit of yeast activity... orangey hop flavor with highlights of lemon... earthy, leathery notes... day-old bread, subtle clove/gum midtone... pear-like overtone which is enhanced by whatever mellow sweetness comes forth... lingering leafy bitterness - nice
F: smooth as you'd expect off the engine... cottony soft and light-medium bodied
O: not a bad pint - contains the core elements for its type - however, aside from the pleasant, gripping bitterness, found nothing there in the overall taste that would leave me requesting seconds
