Pours a cloudy amber color with a lingering head. Aromas of spice and orange peel. Taste is tart, along with the spice and orange peel, but not as much of a yeast character as I like to see in saison. Still pretty good, though.

I dig it. The color is a slightly hazy amber. There was a nice one finger off-white head that dissipated slowly with no lacing. The nose was a tad odd for me. I got a citrus paired with spice. That's about it. The taste does not follow the nose totally but it was the most interesting part of this beer. I got green apple, peach, and a very faint coriander hint. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. I got more of the pear on the aftertaste. This is a good beer to pair with cheese and fruit desserts.

Pours a slightly hazy deep gold/pale amber with dusty particulates swirling & ending up in the bottom of the glass. I had 2 cans of this brew given to me by Jordan Adams of SePRO Corporation. One pour produced a minor head & the other a robust 3 finger head???? Variable pours but each had off-white, frothy, short-lived heads that left little lace. Between the two the aroma is a delicate Belgian yeast mustiness, fruity & heavy to white fruit with banana, faint citrus, spice, floral, cotton candy, wheat, pale malt & a very faint coriander hint. Taste is very sweet with apple/peach, thin banana, earth, wheat, pale malt, coriander, clove & pepper. Finishes very fruity with spice that lingers in a lightly bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation, wet in the finish & aftertaste. Drinkable & robustly flavored for the style.

From a 12 oz can.
Clear amber body with a fine, foamy white head. As usual for style, this tastes better than it smells, but the aroma is relatively good.
Medium-high but soft carbonation. Medium body.

Copper colored with off white head. Head stays around the edge. Smell is yeast, banana, clove and malty sweetness. Taste is the same with a caramel sweetness and a nice hoppy finish. Decent beer.

355ml can. Canned on 2015-03-24.
A: Clear amber. Poured with one fingers high of head.
S: Tangerine. Somewhat metallic. And coriander.
T: Grainy sweet. Coriander. Semi-dry. Low bitterness.
M: light bodied. Crispy.
O: Both the smells and the flavors are not balanced well. The metallic and grainy sweetness should not dominate.

Pretty copper with a touch of haze. Minimal carbonation or head out of a can into a shaker. Smell is of spice and citrus, with minimal hop bitterness. Taste is honestly a bit underwhelming, with the maltiness and wheat kissed by citrus as present flavors, but too subtle for my tastes. The body is thin, but there is a lingering presence I don't mind. Overall, a fine beer I'd drink again, but wouldn't seek out.

Poolside in a can. Tasted like a witbier with saison yeast. Like Hennepin but not as good.
