I'm labeling this a farmhouse for lack of a better idea. From the menu description, "a blend of red, brown and blonde ales dry hopped with robust American simcoe while aging in French and American oak barrels. Very balanced with a light wild funk, fruity hop flavor and dry tart finish. 5.5 ABV, 25 IBU, 12.5 OG"

Pours a clear, dark copper with a bubbly quickly fading off whitehead. Aroma is initially dominated by the French oak, slightly sweet and strong notes of simcoe hops. Flavor is a phenomenal, unique blend of tart fruit, earthy hops, oak sweetness, lemon citrus. Reminds me of some of their other saisons but the dry hopping makes this very unique and remarkable. Medium thick bodied with fine carbonation, finish is dry, earthy and fruity tart. One of my favorite McKenzie concoctions lately, Id call this a must try.
