Slightly hazed lighter amber with a fluffy white head. Peppery spice with yeast undertones, lemon, floral, and herbal hops in back. The flavor is brighter, yeast undertones very light with a more present peppery spice and a juicy citric hop and herbal hop presence in back. Medium body, lively carbonation and fairly dry finish.

Growler served in McKenzie pint glasses.
Hard pour produces a thin, bubbly and wispy white head atop hazy straw gold color. Aroma is very spicy and musty; strong Belgian yeast, pepper, earthy hops, clove and bread. Flavor is hoppy and earthy, mild residual sugar sweetness, bready malt and musty slightly bitter finish. Slick, medium body with light carbonation. Drinks much larger than the 4.7 ABV; as mentioned below, tastes like a grisette crossed with a Belgian IPA

Pours a hazy golden yellow, cap of white froth gone quickly. Scent is dominated by spicy Belgian yeasts and a strong earthy and citrus hop profile with touches of damp, musty whitebread and faint brown sugar sweetness. Taste is hop forward, earthy with light citrus, spicy yeasts and bready, moderate candied sugar like sweetness with some damp, musty notes. Medium bodied, well carbonated, dry finnish. Solid beer which showcases a generous amount of hops with a good backing of Belgian yeasts. Very Belgian-IPAesque.
