Draft: Poured a clear amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with light fruity undertones and some smoked malt notes. Taste is also a mix of smoked malt notes with some caramelized malt and light cereal notes. The peppers notes are really hard to distinguish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not as smoked as I was expecting but not bad nonetheless.
