A Belgian style Saison-Farmhouse Ale. A refreshing, medium to strong fruity/spicy ale with a distinctive yellow-orange color, highly carbonated, well hopped with a dry finish. Brewed with Belgian malt and a special Belgian yeast strain that gives it it’s distinct aroma and flavor.

On tap. Poured out a hazy, golden yellow color with a small, white colored head of foam. It smelled of bubblegum, caramel and sweet bread. Sweet caramel, yeastiness and a touch of spiciness.

Pours a cloudy, gold/amber color. 1/2 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of clove, citrus, sweet malt, pale malt, slight yeast, and a hint of hop. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of slight orange, banana, clove, earth malt, sweet malt, slight pale malt, slight yeast, hint of hope, and clove. Overall, great appearance, but aroma and body are both chock full of flavors, but not well blended and poorly tried example of a Saison.
