Pours a pale, pinkish purple with soft head.
Smell is crisp and slightly yeasty with notes of raspberries, white pepper and some tartness.
Taste is soft and slightly sweet and tart with tons of raspberries and some hints of pepper and citrus. Very refreshing and summery.
Mouthfeel is medium, slightly frothy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, easy to drink fruited saison. I hope this will be a staple over the summer.
