Dark brown in color, this American Brown has roasted caramel aromas. It has flavors of nut, caramel, and roasted malt. It finishes on a dry notes. Quite delicious for malty beer lovers.

I don't know if the 8% abv is too accentuate and/or elevate the flavors of this beer, but I think it works. Damn good dry, nutty, malt-forward, American brown ale. Kudos! (2206)

The appearance had a dark brown body with less than a finger of an off white slightly foamy head, a decent amount of lacing graces the sides of the glass. The smell was nutty, some coffee, some light chocolate, malts, bread all coming through in a sort of way. The taste was mainly sweet, roasty and dry through the previously mentioned flavors, sweet dry aftertaste and finish. The palate sat about a medium, sessionable, adequately carbonated and also is good to me as well, slightly crisp. Overall, I say this is good for the style and good for me as I would have this again.
