Poured from a tap into a goblet. Color was golden copper. Perfect head, maybe ½ inches. Film stayed throughout the beer.
Not that much of a smell. Kind of Hefe-like, some hints of lemon and wheat.
Good flavor with some wheat and citrus in there.
Mid to high carbonation. Had a decent aftertaste and refreshing.
I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a Saison, but I did enjoy this one.

A clear golden and orange with a thin white head. Some decent lacing down the glass.
A sweet and citrusy aroma with a touch of spicy and tart yeast character, but not a hugely aromatic beer. A touch of lemon, but nothing very exciting. Pleasant but unspectacular.
A simple and unexciting saison. Basic in almost every way. A touch of sweetness and some lemon, some hop presence, and a slight tang of Belgian yeast, but nothing particularly gripping or exciting. Very simple.
I really want my saisons to shine in the mouthfeel department, and this one was decidedly average. Medium bodied, ample carbonation, but nothing smooth or light and airy like my favorite versions of this style.
An average saison. A good beer to drink with food and certainly a pleasant enough drinking experience, but nothing to write home about.
