Our first AZ beer! Pours a golden amber, clear and with a short dense head. Nice floral and fruiy aroma. Tastes as a good Pale Ale should with pronounced hop bitterness tempered with a solid malt backbone with just a touch of sweetness. Very smooth, light but adequate carbonation. Long finish. A good PA.

12 oz bottle poured into pint glass.

L - Pours a dark, hazy, amber color, not what I expected from a pale ale, more of an amber beer. A light, bubbly inch of white head that dissipates quick and leaves a thin lacing with a moderate amount of bubbles.

S - Pine, citrus, hops, fruit-forward of peach and melon, some resin, not as strong in aroma as other FP brews.

T - Caramel malt, citrus rind, tropical fruit, finishes with a nice bitter hoppy bite.

F - Light-to-medium bodied, smooth, medium-to-high carbonation, slightly astringent, decent mouthfeel and finishes dry.

O - A sweeter pale ale, more caramel malt than hops, but a nice representation of an American-style pale ale. Fairly balanced and drinkable, another pretty solid beer from our big city neighbors.

Terrific dark amber color, nice thin head. Scent is somewhat weak, a little hoppy. Good feel to it, but overall I'm disappointed by this beer. Decidedly average, not an overwhelming flavor, just bland.

Darker in color for a pale ale. Head retains well. Smell of sweet malts. Taste of dry malt and hops. Sweet earthy aftertaste. Mouthfeel is good

Had a very faint hoppy smell, and followed with a pretty tasteless finish. Very flat and watery. Really didn’t taste like anything
