12 oz. bottle - Freshest before 06/06/20:
"A Sparkling Ale with Cranberries":
Pous slightly hazed amber (maybe a touch of a pink hue?). A thin white lasting head tops it off. Some trailing lace.
The smell is of berry-like fruitiness. Not sure I would detect much cranberry if it weren't in the description. Some floral notes.
The taste mimics the taste. Dry finish with just a hint of malty sweetness.
Not as "sparkling" or "bubbly" as expected from the descriptions on the label. Still there is some effervescence to it. It is light but not thin. Refreshing enough. Alcohol reasonably well covered.
Not that I am complaining but, though fruity, don't expect much in the way of cranberry. A decent soft fruity, dry brew.
