Appearance - Pours semi transparent golden color with decent white head pretty good lacing around the glass.
Aroma - Lemon, yeast, pepper and spices, orange and hay.
Taste - A different type of saison not as much funk as I am used to actually none. It does have a nice fruit flavor, orange mango peach. Yeast and pepper the flavors are really quite good.
Feel - Lighter bodied well carbonated, slightly dry but not as much as the saisons I am used to.
Overall - I am surprised but the flavor though not typical (not much yeast or funk in the flavor) are really good.

Something was very off on this bottle. I got strong bandaid/adhesive aroma that continued to the taste. Love Peace Tree so I'm assuming something was off that day. Will give it another try if I see it again.

Butter notes, oily mouthfeel, very few of the Saison notes one would expect. Overall, not impressed.
