Collaboration with Green Cheek Beer Company
That first weekend in June for the Invitational Beer Fest is always insanely hot! So Matt and Evan wanted the welcome beer to be quaffable, sessionable and hoppy. Enjoy this thirst quenching collab that’s bursting with crisp flavors of guava and passionfruit.

Thanks, Dave!
Was lucky enough to get this one and three others from Dave on a recent meet-up. I’ve only had a few Grisette’s, but I like what I’ve had. Firestone’s website called it “That first weekend in June for the Invitational Beer Fest is always insanely hot! So Matt & Evan wanted the welcome beer to be quaffable, sessionable and hoppy. Enjoy this thirst quenching collab that’s bursting with crisp flavors of guava and passionfruit.”
Poured a pale yellow clear color with 2-to-3 fingers of rocky-to-frothy white head. Could see lots of bubble streams coming up from the bottom and sides of the glass at fast speeds, kind of looing like a snow globe. Excellent uneven lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled Belgian candy, Circus Peanut candy, banana, guava, passion fruit, cotton candy, peach and floral. Not quite as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose. In order got Belgian candi sugar, banana, Circus Peanut candy, kiwi, lime, guava, passion fruit, cotton candy, peach, floral and hints of dry grass. (Taste - 4.00)
Light body. Creamy texture. Soft carbonation. Long, sugary finish. (Feel - 4.00)
An outstanding Grisette overall. Glad I got to try it. (Overall - 4.00)
